Until then, I will deposit a max of $100 at a time because I pay less than if I would deposit $200. I dont know of any other business that charges more for/deters more business.

It's worth trying it out with $20 just to see how great it is - you can often have funds in your account before you even get home from the bank.
Also, it's worth pointing out, you don't need an account with the bank, and any branch of Bank of America, Chase, CitiBank, and Wells Fargo work for this.
