You need to make sure you wait the full 6 minutes before you post or attempt to post. Log-ins count as well and reset the timer. The time limit goes down the more activity you get so you'll just have to bare it for the time being. Your posts are also saved in a drafts folder if you want to repost them after the 6 minutes.
