Title: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: zer0 on April 16, 2012, 10:07:49 PM The Coin Continuum is an SEO group that sells tools to an established clientel. We basically rent dedicated servers, then sublease the nodes we create on them to users ~$40 - $100 each, depending on their subscription. We are looking to expand to keep up with increasing demand, also to start using Bitcoin securities to move our profits into.
We currently make $3080 for every dedicated server we lease (cost $1800) with DDOS protection. Turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks until all payments received and we pay dividends when orders are paid. After costs total profit to be divided between all shareholders is $1280 49% sold shares paid out $627 Once all shareholders have been paid out costs are reinvested and cycle begins again. If you own all the shares you can expect $627 every 3 weeks, no other investment required. This of course all due to our subscribers paying on time, which can sometimes stretch out to 4 weeks but regardless as funds clear we pay dividends immediately. We also have another campaign we can run every couple of weeks, which generates $2480 in total profits for all shareholders instead of $1280 at the same cost. We will cycle it in as demand increases. These services are specialized automated tools and bots to create blogs and youtube accounts en masse and other functions, they are not illegal email or forum spamming methods or cookie stuffing. Admin fees for us are low as we just image the server and good to go, not much support time is required and all clients are already familiar with our tools and how to use them. Product advertising is done on private SEO forums. We retain 51% of shares, and will sell the remainder. All profits (no admin fees) after setup costs will be returned to investors in the form of dividend payments, paid out as we receive payments from our clients. Typically every 2 - 3 weeks. Problems can arise, such as servers failing, power outages, act of god, and other unavoidable problems which results in us having to refund half the payment to the client or sometimes all the payment but this is very rare, only 4 reported occaisons in 5 months of us operating. Total shares: 4000 Shares held by company: 2040 Shares to be sold: 1960 (valued @ 0.2BTC/share) Upon all shares sold will take approximately 1 week to start the campaign, then it will be a normal cycle of dividend payouts. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Company is made up of Zer0, and Hat an anonymous coder from Norway. Also you use the "$" sign - does that mean USD? To me personally it seems like a kinda bad deal to invest BTC and gain USD (converted to BTC) back as I believe the value of BTC compared to USD will rise in time. Do you have plans to move to a BTC-only asset? Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: memvola on April 16, 2012, 10:30:03 PM Shares to be sold: 1960 (valued @$0.99/share) you use the "$" sign - does that mean USD? Well, current shares are valued at 0.99 BTC/share. I'm a bit confused. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: zer0 on April 16, 2012, 10:35:39 PM Oops, thought GLBSE listed their shares for USD.
Will change everything over to BTC. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: memvola on April 16, 2012, 10:39:15 PM Oops, thought GLBSE listed their shares for USD. Will change everything over to BTC. Oh... Don't forget to refund shares that are already sold. :) (Don't know how it works but I'm assuming you could pay the difference as a dividend before making the new offer.) Will reissue @ 0.2BTC/share, and refund of course + pay any fees they had to pay. Fixing this right now, hopefully I can just transfer that person more shares for what they've already paid. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: Sukrim on April 16, 2012, 11:14:17 PM Just send out a dividend of 0.79 per share and move on. ;)

Relisted at 0.2BTC each. Can't remember where I read GLBSE listed stocks in $USD.. oops, anyways fixed. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: BinaryMage on April 16, 2012, 11:57:06 PM Are you planning to verify ID? If so, when?

The Google doesn't know you exist... Public(real) companies don't deal on blackhat SEO and don't get listed on GLBSE... unless they are stupid. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: zer0 on April 17, 2012, 02:23:15 AM All sales are done on private industry forums. We aren't using Xrumer or anything, it's basically Blackhat SEO 'lite'.
One of our services a subscriber receives a cpanel like interface where they click a button and can advertise easily on fb/ident.ca and other social networking sites, create mass blogs, and traffic to improve so-called organic search engine rankings that would take days to set up manually. None of it is illegal, just clever. It's not an empire either, just a few servers with consistent turnaround. No cookie stuffing, no spam, no Adsense scams or anything. People use us for ranking, not for advertising income. I've been trying to turn it into a 100% Bitcoin business but still have holdouts who insist on using Webmoney, Ukash and Liberty Reserve for payments, the fees to exchange we eat but are now next to nothing thanks to BTC-e.com and other exchangers here. I'd have to look. Zer0's always been reliable on his loans and I've been dealing with him for a few months now. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=87088.msg956640#msg956640 Public thread to report repayment of debts owed to Patrick, Runlinux & TCC shares. Basically due to some bullshit I forgot to pay off years ago (student debt that grew to $22k). This all happened when I was overseas and my awesome government decided to drain all my accounts, which is totally my own fault for forgetting I still had this outstanding, thought it was paid off years ago. I am filing a Consumer proposal for it which in my country is a repayment plan but of course will pay off everything owed here :) I have successfully prevented them from just seizing all my money again (i hope) so plan should go as follows: - repayment of loans with interest can begin 21 Jun - buying back all shares (with interest) can begin 05Jun and perhaps sooner Will update when I get back. Nobody will be scammed, may even restart TCC but only if I have enough reserves this time to prevent losses (was also ripped by an LRUSD malaysian exchanger that folded, but attempting some sort of claim they setup but not hopeful) and clear out all old debt. Sorry to everybody with money stuck. We'll pay it all off asap and make it worthwhile. Title: Re: [GLBSE] - TCC The Coin Continuum Post by: pyramining on September 19, 2012, 05:25:53 AM Personally, I would never invest into a company that pollutes the internet (facebook, blogs...). It's kinda weird and not serious. It's borderline with spam and it's not 'optimization'.
