Post by: thefuture on September 04, 2014, 01:36:31 PM
Anyone know? Please help me understand what exactly matoshinno code is. I've checked on google and everywhere. All i find out is people either asking for money to tell you how to use it or selling codes. it's suppose to let you multiple your bitcoin.... sounds like a scam Idk, but I have a code now. I traded a BTC T-shirt for a code lol.

Multiply your bitcoins? Such a thing exists only in gambling websites. Any other means is just a scam.

I've never heard of it but by the first sentence it sounded like a scam, but with the second it definitly looks like a scam. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

I can multiply your coins, as long as you are fine with a multiplier of 0.5.

No, seriously, anyone that has at least a rudimentary understand of bitcoins knows that its not possible to multiply (as in double or tripple etc.) coins. In fact there are no bitcoins to multiply in the first place, thats just an abstraction to make it easier for us. On a technical level bitcoin is just a long chain of transactions where each input is exactly the same size as the output, What you consider "your coins" are actually unspend outputs. You can copy the corresponding private keys that allow you to sign a TX, but that will give you any more or higher "value" outputs to spend.

Can I haz T-Shirt nao?

True, but it's still a gamble. I really wouldnt recommend either using a bitcoin double or trying to gamble to increase your investment, but that's up to you. You would be better off sending to PrimeDice than to this obvious scam though.

The only time I have ever heard of anyone's bitcoins multiplying is if you are an avid gambler and tend to have a lot of luck. This sound like a scam to me just by reading that they will give you information if you pay them or buy a code.

They make super secret to create a buzz but I think it works like this.

1. You buy a code from some guy for BTC.
2. You send an email to a bot that invalidates that code and sends you back two fresh ones. Thus doubling what you have.
3. You sell the new codes and get BTC.
4. Profit!

I can't believe some people can fall for that.

You'd be surprised. Sadly greed gets the better of a lot of people and blinds their judgement. Remember a fool and his money are easily parted.

For me, it was no ponzi. I'm in profit with over 3 BTC already from Tanaka with minimum investment (started with just 0.1 BTC)

1. You get one free code for using BTC (Tanaka is giving the codes for free to BTC supporters). You buy one code only if you want to force enter in his reward system!!!
2. You are alowed to use the code for one action only (to multiply BTC or to get another 2 codes).
3. You get reply to your action called command. Of course, if you don't want to send him your BTC you can just multiply the codes and sell them.
