So otday I wanted to get some BTC quickly. SwagKing from PD recommended me the site as I was trying to buy btc with PP turned out I coudltn but i have a debit card with instant transfer so no biggie.

At first I didnt see the verify button to deposit with CC, I contacted support and Amy pointed it out.

So I do it. I get charged and then I get o a verification page, I ahve to enter my personal info including my SSN. I asked Amy how long it would take and she said 5-15 min. It was actually less than that, I thought awesome I found a new site to get BTC fast.

Nope, it hits me with a verification page where i need to take a video of me holding my card and ID which I couldnt do due to no video device.

To my surprise there was already charge/hold on my card for the deposit. I complained to her and she gives me her rule books guidelines for response and then finally to email support which takes 24 hours. Amytold em the charge would drop within 2-3days.


I dont recommend this site for its deceitfulness and poor support.

The process should be the video, then SSN and finally the charge. But no its reverse and just plain lying with its advertising instant trading wihtout warning you of the process to verify.

Do anything after a random checking.

So about a week + ago I got a referral but no bonus. Support made a ticket and said 24 hours or less for a reply. I waited a few days and contacted them again. They told me I should get a reply soon. After a few more times contacting and repeatedly being told it would be responded to within 24 hours; today they told me to just wait for the reply and that they cannot give a time frame for which this can happen.

I don't think Ill ever receive my bonus.
