Title: Looking for safe legal text (ToS)
Post by: ehmdjii on April 18, 2012, 03:58:22 PM
i am developing a gambling related bitcoin website, where users gamble BTC they have deposited.

to get things started i am looking for Terms of Services text, which users will have to accept when they sign up.
it should basically say that anything can happen and i am not responsible for anything ;)

this text is probably not going to be used once the project goes live and is more for the beta test.

Which jurisdiction will you be operating from?

And will you be keeping domain and ownership information private?

It's illegal in the US except in specially sanctioned areas like Nevada.
