Well, you can distribute them in batches. Like 10k person every month.

Let's say there's 10mil coins.

First month: %10 of all coins (1 mil) to 10k person, each one gets this %10's %1.
1st person: 10.000
2nd person: 9990
3rd person: 9890
....

Second month: %10 of this 9 mil left
...


something like that would be ok. I guess.

Distribute it here on Bitcointalk like NEM did. That will give you a big community and prevent any distribution allegations.

The people who posted on the first 20 pages of the NEM thread got a free stake, and people who posted on the following pages had to pay a small amount for a stake after that.

Use either Counterparty, Ripple, Mastercoin or Stellar.  Plus maybe make everyone verify themselves with a Google+ account.  As I'm lead to believe that it's harder to create a fake Google+ account than a fake Facebook account.

Nobody has done a giveaway before that has been worth anything.

Try and monitor IP addresses, but otherwise be generous. Try and get rid of 90% within a couple of weeks.

It will pay off.

you dont have to base it off bitcoin, any coin you like. I can run you through the steps on how to do it in practice. though i wont partner with you   :P

edit: In fact i've written a guide on how to do this already (just remembered) , just let me know if you want a few quick tips. I like the idea of "green" distribution, although that won't be enough. If you don't mind, my asking, what is it that makes your coin unique? What sets you apart from the rest?  I ask because i tend to avoid clones, and i would rather not encourage their production.

Offer 1000(your coin):1(BTC)  leave it open til end of year or end of next year.  no reductions!!!
Sell the BTC and buy a stock, use dividend to delete your coin.
The coin should be on exchanges while to offer is still going.

The future is deletion and no inflation.

Start an IPO. Or do promotion and gives away like what Stellar did.

why is that? demand is high. Ico/ipo is hot. They want it.
