I just recently found out about this mod being built using the Unreal Tournament Engine and it's basically a fan made version of an extremely old game I once played called C&C: Renegade and the idea behind it was that it was a 3rd Person and 1st Person shooter version of the actual C&C game. Great idea, but it wasn't done as well as it could be, however it turns out that some fans have been making their own version for years and are putting it up for free.
