Interested, a few questions though. How much interest are you paying? What reputation can you show for? Any sort of collateral? How do you intend to gather the funds to pay back such a loan?

Sorry, but after some research, I have decided it is no longer in my interest to lend any amount of money to you. I am the CIO for S2CM, so my main job is to scope out potential investments.

It seems you had looked for a loan on here in the past. What happened with that? If it didn't go through, why? What is different now from then?

Well, not having any rep, nor collateral, nor previous loans are all very troubling things.  If you can come up with some collateral people may consider loaning to you.

Who takes out a loan for ~$13?  Honestly...

Actually, it does make sense if you consider the possible transaction costs of getting $13 into bitcoins.  All you need is a $5 fee somewhere and it makes it impractical.

Interest on 2.5 coins isn't much, and while the offer of repaying 3 coins is good, it's much more fun messing with the trolls.

I could always get out my "enforcer" team:
