To participate in the rain you need to get level 1 on site, for this you need to wager at least 0.01 BTC. Then you just have to answer RainBot and receive the rain among all other participants. Unlike the rainbot on doge dice, this bot only fires once an hour. So if you are reading this you have at most that much time. You'll need to bring .01 btc with you to get to level one and be eligible for the rain.
