In the Currency exchange section, altcoin trades are moved to Marketplace (Altcoins) even if they involve Bitcoin somehow. That sounds reasonable - the main Currency exchange section is left primarily for BTC<->Fiat trades. SparkleDev might accept Bitcoin for their services, but the topic is primarily about altcoins so I think it should belong in the altcoin section. I don't want to see any altcoin crap on the forum.
