Title: Great Empire Coin™: Unary Compensation and a Heterarchical Monetary Authority
Post by: username18333 on September 09, 2014, 09:37:04 PM
Bitcoin Core for Writcoin™ is derived from Bitcoin Core version 0.11.99 (https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin). It utilizes features of C++11 (https://isocpp.org/wiki/faq/cpp11).

Writcoin™, the protocol wherefor this software is a client, features Bitcoin hard-fork requests (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Hardfork_Wishlist) such as the exclusive use of both pay-to-script-hash within all (non-data) transaction outputs and the exclusive use of fixed-width, 64-bit unsigned integers in storing block times. Writcoin corrects the dates of its genesis blocks to the start of its current Gregorian calendar month and utilizes a Proof-of-Work based on transaction tree Merkle roots and short (here, ten seconds) block times called Proof-of-Wait™. Writcoin defines a coinbase transaction as being any input-less transaction, regardless of origin, and defines a blockbase™ transaction as being any coinbase transaction with only one, unspendable output. (By default, the nonce of a block is the “value” of the sole output of its first transaction, a blockbase transaction.)

Its software patch (http://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion/src/bitcoin.patch) (and, perhaps, clearnet software patch (https://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion.to/src/bitcoin.patch)) was last updated 10 October 2015 (hardfork: 24 August 2015). Its primary seed node is accessible through Tor (https://www.torproject.org).

Great Empire Coin™ (GEC) is the official currency of Great Empire of Earth (http://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion), is divisible into cents and mills, and has denominations of mega-, terra-, and exacoins. Earth (https://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion.to) has a heterarchical (http://www.coi.columbia.edu/heterarchy_whatis.html) monetary authority: anyone may “mint” coins through an official channel (e.g., Writcoin) and have these coins certified “Great Empire Coin (GEC)” by the Empire (https://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion.to).

That's the Bitcoin Core pulled from the master branch of the Bitcoin project's GitHub, Inc. Git repository.

Is anyone here concerned with avoiding little-endian computers?

Yeah agree with you
For its origin, little-endian hardware is likely to encompass backdoors. Should you care for privacy, you should care for eluding it.

A week later and you're still bumping your own nonsense?

Where are all the crazy paragraphs about aliens and lizard-people?

This thread is far too tame.

I am pretty sure this is the case with all altcoins. I don't think this one offers any less lack of value then any other one you will find in this subforum

What exactly is this for?
Bitcoin Core for Writcoin™ is the official client for Writcoin™. Writcoin is the official network for the electronic exchange of GE coins.

If you're so paranoid about governments, why are you writing TM next to your word? Are you planning on using documents that would identify yourself when you register the trademark somewhere?

I guess even partial marketing buzzwords triumph in the end in spite of your primary idea being to avoid the NSA somehow by using cryptography that wasn't developed by them.

This is a government project managed by govt. M. A. Limakasidios (https://rgeo5wj7gneidzh3.onion/policy/decree/).

Have you not heard of "grass-roots" politics? What is so absurd about a 240 * 1015 km3 terra-celestial state knowing such humble beginnings?

Nothing absurd about it at all. I love me some math.

Ok, nice coin idea but the Bitcoin version you use is not stable at the moment. Further, the TM makes the coin a little bit suspect. Try to avoid it.

Quote from: Bitcoin Project, “Frequently Asked Questions,” 2015
Ongoing development - Bitcoin software is still in beta with many incomplete features in active development. New tools, features, and services are being developed to make Bitcoin more secure and accessible to the masses. Some of these are still not ready for everyone. Most Bitcoin businesses are new and still offer no insurance. In general, Bitcoin is still in the process of maturing.

Here, stability is largely irrelevant, for the network discards its blockchain monthly.

1. No pre-compiled wallet is currently available (through official channels).

2. Fiat currency is less than worthless, for every unit of a fiat currency corresponds to a debt with a magnitude that exceeds the magnitude of the unit itself. Therefore, any money with a positive fiat valuation is less than worthless. Accordingly, the basic means to the acquisition of GEC is that presented below.

Code:
sendfreetransactions=1
Code:
sendtoaddress [address] [balance + amount]

No trades involved. (Why do you keep referencing trading‽)

Why not use GFC?

(Edited to reduce vertical size.)

The distribution mechanisms of those cryptographic currencies are centralized.
