Title: Antminer S1 control board
Post by: ThatsMe on September 09, 2014, 11:54:01 PM
I just ordered the S1 upgrade kit from Bitmaintech. I'm not ready to give up on my S1 yet, I'm still making money with them overclocked. I'm in the process of making a water block for my blades. I've found the right cable to connect the blades to a controller, Still looking for the connectors though. I want to use a Raspberry Pi I have laying around as the controller for the blades, but I don't know what which leads do what.  I'm hoping to run 10 blades from a single Raspberry Pi. Does anyone know or can point me in the right direction to find out? I don't want to tear down my S1 until I get the upgrade kit. And I'm hopping to get enough of a head start without actually working on the blade for minimal down time. Any help would be appreciated and once I get it up and running I'll share all of my work.

Have a look in the Hardware folder, the guys posted up the pinout in the thread there, also had some success getting a blade to hash on windows and linux under cgminer.

Is it possible to run 4 boards from 1 controller.
Antminer S1 that is.  I have 2 units and 1 controller went bust.
