https://i.imgur.com/f4zQtvel.jpg

*****Carefully read this auction post in its entirety before bidding*****

Auction ends September 12th, 2014 at 12:00pm NOON Hawaiian Standard Time

Minimum bid will start at 0.01 BTC. Bidding will be done in 0.001 BTC increments. Shipping will be $30 for US and $50 for International bidders. This will be added to the winning bid after the auction.(ID will be required upon delivery for pickup) for both domestic U.S. and international customers. Bitcoin is the only accepted form of payment for this auction.

You are bidding for FORTY 2013 LEALANA 0.1 BTC Brass Coins.

The coins come in TWO tubes of 20. Addresses will be in green font type with no particular vanity prefix. Coin #'s are random.

For this auction there is the option to not fund the coin prior to shipping or to pre-fund before being shipped. Should the winner choose not to pre-fund the coins all holograms will be marked "BUYER FUNDED" with a laser. This is an all or nothing type option. Either fund them all prior or not.

THESE COINS ARE BUYER FUNDED. Should the winner choose to pre-fund the coins before I ship them, they will accept the risks involved with shipping funded coins through USPS registered mail. The coins will be valued at the price paid plus the bitcoin that is loaded on to them (if they are pre-funded by the winner). Winner agrees to hold LEALANA, LLC. and myself innocent of any losses while in transit (in the small event the coin goes missing/stolen while in transit).

Any customs/VAT taxes or fees that are placed on the package while going through customs for international customers are the responsibility of the buyer/winner to pay.

Please bid in the following formats:

"I bid 0.3 BTC"

Should bids come in at the last minute I will allow for the auction to extended by 15 minute increments between bids. Once the 15 minutes is up and no bidding is done after the deadline specified ABOVE, the auction will end. To be clear on the precision of the auction times in 15 minute increments we are talking about the actual MINUTE and not the seconds that are posted on the forum timestamp.

Payment address:

1FzF7TxihZ5DN56bDePaYYLQFtfCQusEUX

Please do not send payment to any winner address until the winner has been declared which I will post once the auction ends. If you would like a non-public payment address PM me and I will create a PGP signed address for you to send payment to.

Payment is due within 48 hours from the time the auction ends. Should the winner not honor their bid and not provide payment in that 48 period the next highest bidder will be required to honor their bid. By bidding in this auction thread you agree to this stipulation. In other words, please make sure you are able to honor your bid(s) in a timely manner before you bid.

So just to be sure I understand it correctly, what we're bidding on are unfunded coins, and if we want them funded, then payment will be bid price + 4btc, correct?

No.

If you plan to fund the coins. I will supply the funding addresses for which the winner will fund the coins before ship the coins out.

Otherwise the holograms will be laser marked "BTCUYER FUNDED".

I hope that makes things clearer.

Sorry....

1. Yes they are sold unfunded.

2. No. Winner funds the coins themselves. I never touch customer BTC or LTC anymore.

So you're selling coins funded by Buyers without the hologram that is marked Buyer Funded? You're really messing up the resale market and people who bought them before the gov stopped you funding them.

This is why I needed clarification, because your two posts contradict each other. First post gave us an option to choose funded or unfunded, then when you answered me you said only unfunded. What if I wanted them funded like the OP says? So my original question to confirm the red letters, will the cost be the bid price + 4btc (0.1btc each coin x40 coins)?

Anyways, I prefer pre-funded coins, which I'll bid for 4.25 btc. If they're only sold unfunded like your last few posts says, then I'll bid 0.23 btc.

Hey why can't I edit or delete my previous post? Bidder right before me put his bid while I was posting too so we have the same exact bids. My final bid, 0.24btc, but still prefer funded ones.

From previous experience with these auctions, OP has given you two choices.

A) If you win the auction you can choose to only pay the winning value bid. This means that the coins come unloaded and will be marked with 'BUYER FUNDED' on the hologram.
You will then be able to fund the coins as you please when you receive them.

B) If you win the auction you can choose to preload them all before shipment.
OP will send you each coin address and you will fund them all YOURSELF.
OP doesn't deal with funding due to various implications.
By choosing this option, the coins will NOT be marked with the 'BUYER FUNDED' tag.
This option is only available if you load ALL 40 coins before shipment.

Hope that's clear :)

No I am not.

These BUYER FUNDED coins have a green font type for the first bits which distinguishes them from previous coins. Please pay attention and do not speak on things you don't understand.

In essence if the coins get funded which I ensure, if they are requested to be sent that way, I check each address on if they are funded or not.

Personally, my funding the coins (to me) really has no effect on the coins value as I am already checking the funding of each coin anyway as if I were funding them.

"BUYER FUNDED" mark is to make sure anyone buying from a 3rd party will question the funding of the coin and do their own due diligence.

I've sold a select few products that have the old addresses and font color on them that are buyer funded. Obviously there is a demand for the coins despite my personally funding the coins. But in essence because I make sure each coin is funded, there should be no problems on the resale market.

Once again if you are going to speak on things you should at least know what you are talking about in detail before making accusations.

They are sold unfunded but not necessarily sent unfunded to you.

You can prefund the coins if you choose. I would provide you all of the funding addresses should you win the auction.

No worries, I sent the email but I misspelled my bitcointalk username like a dumbass(but you will recognize it).  In the future, you really should spell out these account age requirements in your auction listing as it feels a bit arbitrary otherwise.

Yes I should. Been meaning to. Just slips my mind.

Next auction should include it.

Woah, Smoothie!  You said that you declined my bid because you had never dealt with me before.  Did you not get my email?  Can't you just look up our previous correspondence and see the multiple orders I've done with you?  I've always paid you first and never hassled you about price.  I've bought from you and funded them before shipping and bought unfunded coins marked with Buyer Funded on them.  This and the fact that you did not spell out any bitcointalk account requirements is extremely disappointing.  Please reconsider.

Hellot, when I responded above I had not checked my email yet thus not being able to verify anything.

Sorry about that. Busy day for me. I'll verify it in the next few minutes.

On another note lookes like bitguy101 outbid you anyway.

Will respond here shortly.

To clarify one last thing hellot, if you read my original response to your bid it was for you to email me so I can work on an order with you. Just because someone claims something on the forum doesn't mean I can assume it to be true especially if I hadn't had time to verify it myself first.
