It assume you can find more personal info in archived emails. I doubt it is the case, the web currencies attempts like eGold did not go well for creators, so I assume Satoshi just used throw away identity. Makes sence he disappeared

Not! The creator want to anonymous from pubic as bitcoin itself. We should respect his privacy. We are loyal supporters of bitcoin technology not like some crazy fans who are tracing the gossip of celebrities.

I have no idea, but I'd be equally happy meeting the entire collective in a coffee shop somewhere. :P

If he wanted to be revealed he would have revealed himself.  Lets do the guy a favour an leave him alone.  With the amount of bitcoin he might have he could be a huge target maybe this is also why he prefers to remain anon.

Let's say you do, and something bad happens to him/her, how would you feel?

I also say, leave <<him/her/them>> alone. >:(

You would have to be a pretty big asshole to go and reveal Satoshi. I doubt that the hacker actually knows who he is though. Probably just an attempt to get other assholes who would send money to see Satoshi revealed to his address.

I've got better things to do than hack his emails, but I think if he wants to remain anonomus then that's how he should remain.

I AM the hacker and I will release his nudes after I'm finished with all the celebs I hacked recently. "Who is this 4chan".

I wouldn't! To be fair though I wouldn't even think to hack someone anyway, if they wish to remain anonymous that is entirely their choice and that should be respected. Anyone who wants to hack someone obviously has nothing better to do with their time.

It is not his responsibilty to reaveal himself. He will just attract attention and might mess up the things he built.

I guess most would try to blackmail him.

My vote is to be revealed. That might be a big help in making the price of bitcoin increase.

I doubt he email account contains any useful information on who Satoshi really is. Satoshi wanted to hide from the world and he/them would have deleted any sensitive info from the account. If I have control of the account, I would not reveal who he/they are.  The success of bitcoin may be compromised if the public knows the true identity of the creator.
