Why withdrawing to Advcash is not instant. Your system put my money on reserve for moderation. How long should I wait for withdrawal ?  It is real waste of time. Also, there is no option to cancel the withdrawal.  ???

You can't cancel the withdrawal to AdvCash. Please write to our support (round icon at the right bottom), as they could give you more details on your transaction and possibly cancel it.

This happened again for second time, my fund withdrawing to Advcash being moderated for more then 22 hours without knowing the result. Amount of USD 769++ stuck there  ???

1) Decrease spread between bid and ask.
We already optimized it for the instant buy feature. Current bid is 440.87, ask is 446.08, the difference is approx 1.5%. Which is fine as you could buy over 1 BTC with this price.
2) Make verification faster.
Faster transactions, shorter delays.
3) Introduce new payment systems.
We have the cost-efficient proposition on the market for depositing and withdrawing funds. Low fees combined with truly customer-oriented support combined in a great value proposition. Following this strategy, more payment methods will increase coverage and convenience for users who have multiple accounts between different payment systems.

Introducing new currencies is something that we'll do at some point of time. Right now it's not our priority.
