Please: How can I use USB Hub to mine? I have 5 (Five) Antminer 1.6Gh / s. I wish I could use the five devices to a USB Hub conctados working smoothly.

Yes, of course you can, but make sure your hub is of a good quality and can provide enough power for 5 Antminer U1s.
Also, you should note that you won't profit with those devices anyway, but it's fun to try out.

If possible, can someone indicate a USB 3.0 Hub for use with 5 Antminer. Where can I buy a good quality Hub?

it can do 5 to 7 sticks  it can not do more then that.

Take into account your power usage is bigger then old block erupters in it.  They were not cheap but anker and orico were great on the old metal ones.  But I doubt they are cost effective at this point.  You can still find the 10 port on ebay but again check power and prices it all may have changed.
