PPCoin presents itself as an improvement upon Bitcoin. So, what is the real value of it?

Inflation is something that i associate with FIAT coin... Moderate inflation such as 1-2% is a good stimulation of economy. It can also compensate for the loss of coins. Inflation is actually a good thing.
