You missed the point.

The question was: IF the cashout is always made outside Poland, what's the benefit of using a polish ip and number.

I'd say the ip and phone are pointless.

People talk a lot about fraud with these cards but I can't understand why they're more appealing for fraudsters.

Maybe it's my lack of imagination for crime idk.

In another thread someone posted that these could be used to fill up a tank of gas without paying. I'd never thought about that and even now I can't understand how that's possible.

Like I said, I don't have enough imagination (or time) to be a criminal.  ;D

If a bank is trying to prevent foreigners from buying their prepaid cards from Poles, it may be beneficial for you to fool them into thinking that you're a Pole that likes to travel by first logging in with a Polish IP address after buying it.

I'd call that a long long shot...
