u lose= u get refund.

Yeah, this is really a good promotion. i already participated and i made a good profit. Currently waiting for BTClevels to refund me. Both bitoomba and bitstars credited me.
I don't really know why only some are participating. Maybe because only a few got 0.1 BTC. Still it is a promotion of refund upto 0.1 btc. Just ask them whether less deposits can qualify. :)

Seems like nice promotion, but if new site offers this, they could just halt the withdrawals and run with the money easily.
