Without the secret phase all I have to go with is the ip, email and some other basic questions. No, in the thread he states he lost access to his email. Piuk, could you add a checkbox for an account option for something like "my account cannot be recovered without n of m of these pieces of information and/or this information". All this guy had was his IP and he got to the account. That's an unmitigated disaster.
