Is there a website that accepts bitcoin, that I can buy a visa/mastercard prepaid card (VCC) with?

How much you need and how much you will pay me for this.

Do you need just VCC, or you want specific amount loaded.

I don't need a physical card, that's why I said VCC

It seems that they only get a 15$ fee for their service.

If you search in 'Digital Goods' section, you will find many guys selling VCC for bitcoins.

It's a very good price but it's not unrealistic. Like he pointed out he's a noob so he has to offer a good price.

Well I have only seen people charging  $15 + credit for these and by yesterday's price he was offering it for $9 including $5 credit which seemed unreal to me. And yes I asked for escrow because he's a newbie.

Yes, we can use escrow.
