Anyway, provably fair means that you can verify that a website hasn't changed the outcome to something which is more prefered by them (for example, you losing the bet). Everytime someone places a bet, there's a 90% chance that the bet is handled fairly (of course, this determination is again made using probably fair methods). In the other 10%, it's definitely unfair!
