 Hi I would like to learn , what is the best affiliate website that I can make money by just making people sign up? I have found a way to get a lot of sign ups but thats it,  I cant make them buy anything or gamble or whatever , just sign up , so I am looking for the best affiliate income from that.

Most places don't offer money just for sign ups as this is how they're easily abused. You and they need to get guaranteed money spenders which is obviously very hard to do. I wouldn't bother trying to make much from affifiliate links and just use them as a lucky bonus if you can get them.

0.25 what? Dollars? Surely not bitcoins. Doesnt even make sense to pay even $0.25 for merely a referral.

If you see some site that pays money for something that is too good to be true, it prolly is.

dont forget how those ppc sites worked for years.

noone is going to pay you alot of money to do simple tasks, get it in your head, most of those things are scams.

Pretty sure anything that offers money for sign up's is either non existent or if it exists it's may be a scam. I definitely would be extra careful with anything like this.

Well mostly but not all, some offer sign up offer for promoting..

I tought so before, but really managed to make some money of some sites on the net.
The offers was limited , but there are still site which offers money only for sign ups.

I am confirming these ones are paying only for signup and liking in FB or things like that.

They say that there is just 6 days left of the affiliate program, which is bad to hear if real.
I can make hundred of refs in very shirt time with several FB accounts with 1000+ active friends each.

Give it a go, but there's no way you'll get 0.25btc. Referral links really are a waste of effort. They're ok I guess if you have them in your signature and get lucky over time, but attempting to make any sort of money off them is futile really.
