What about using adfly or linkbucks and then buying some bitcoin with the USD payment?

Coinurl is good, and those acounts that are banned may have exploited something, like too many views from  a same site in a short amount of time or something like that.

Can't say I have ever heard of any other reliable site other than coinurl myself however I could be wrong. I have in the past done searches myself to find others but never come up with anything worth trying out.

Well i don't know any other link shortener that can pay you with BTC, but as someone already said, why don't you use other shorteners which pays in $ and then buy bitcoin with that?

There are no link shorteners other than coinurl that pays with B. But I know a link shortener that has a high CPM and didn't ban without a specific reason. You can do it with linkbucks and just buy bitcoins with paypal. LINK (http://infocore.xyz/go/lb)
