Title: bitcoin economics for "newbies"
Post by: player3 on April 29, 2012, 05:46:18 PM
So, after browsing the forums for... however long I've been browsing them now, I've found a huge wealth of bit-economics advice and strategy guides, etc.   ;D

The problem is, much of this advice is contradictory, defies logic, and resists interpretation by the layman.  ???

So, all you geniuses who happen to be on the newbie board, what would you advise those new to the world of bitcoins to do? Invest in mining? Trade precious metals? Play Dragon's Tale until your fingers bleed? And please, try to use simple terms and concepts whenever possible, for my own sake if not for many others.  :-*

If you haven't got the funds or the know-how to set up a large scale FPGA farm then look at the GLBSE where you can do small and micro investing with bitcoin.
