Change the conf (or comman line) of the new PC to connect to the old PC: -connect = 192.168.2.1 #replace the ip with whatever your old pc ip is. This way the new PC will only connect to the new pc. It will now only use your LAN/wifi and basically copy over (and verify) the data. Once you are done you can leave it like that (if you keep your old pc) or remove that settting. Alternatively, shorena and The 4ner's suggestions are certainly valid. Using a bootstrap.dat torrent and a fast sync node would likely be the fastest way.
