A few weeks ago the IPO got launched.
Currently we`re mining with 1 BFL Single @ 830 Mh/s using ~80w.
Electricity costs are 0,24 EUR KW/h. (ECO power from Windmills)
Only electricity used by the BFL Single(`s) will be calculated.
Currently shares are sold for 0.25 BTC a share. (total shares issued: 1000) *All shares are sold*
Dividends will be paid weekly on Wednesday.

I guess this fact: Electricity costs are 0,24 EUR KW/h.

Well, what about longterm plans? If difficulty rises and block reward is cut by 50% at the end of this year you are almost break even on power...

Would you dilute shares (issue more than the 1000 currently issued) to buy more hardware? After all you seem to value your whole enterprise at less that 1000€...

Anyways, I snatched a few shares - it's not like they are expensive anyways, who knows what might happen? :)

Just for the record:
Make sure you have the following
* A way to measure to the kilowatt per day how much electricity your miner(s) really use (small plugging device for ~20€ at Amazon)
* Proof of how much your electricity really costs (e.g. a link to the company that provides your electricity + the rate you're currently in)
* A public spreadsheet where you note down how much you mined each day (or week), how much electricity you used etc. to be able to keep track and boast your numbers
* Pictures of the BFLS, ideally with some handwritten note...

I will only issue more shares if I have the hardware to back it up.

Is that a typo? As in $0.31 per kWh?  Has a higher electrical cost per MH than a GPU farm and double the capital cost.

ABM is happy to announce they are now being insured by CPA  ;D

The contract is valid from 1 July 2012 till (at least) 30 June 2013.
 CPA will insure the hash rate of ABM’s ‘BFL SINGLE’ (“the single”)
 ± 5% (i.e. normal operation) and provide an extended warranty for
 the single.
 
In "Big lines" this means they will compensate dividend in case of poweroutage, loss of internet connection etc.

And refund the BFL if it breaks down or/and can not be repaired.

We will still be backed up by our GPU`s and FPGA`s.
It`s an extra insurrance.

Yes this is correct.
IF I choose to upgrade ABM to ASIC ( I will not promise anything according to ASIC`s) then I will also issue more shares to cover the costs of the ASIC.
But at this point I have no intention to upgrade to ASIC.

No, usagi did not contact me about any changes concerning CPA.
Because I have a contract and have paid a year in advance, I assume that Usagi will keep word and stick to the contract until the contract ends (30 June 2013)

I will either move ABM and PGM to another exchange or liquidate ABM and PGM.
In the event of moving to another exchange ABM and PGM will (probably) move to Cryptostocks.

People should definitely check out the Bitfunder (https://bitfunder.com) option. I looked at the other options out there and the interface for bitfunder is so much easier and cleaner than the rest. Not to mention that cryptostocks appears to be another GLBSE that doesn't post its data publicly. Which worries me a bit.

This is unacceptable.  IPO was 0.25, what happened with the rest of our money? Not only you stole more than half of the btc you owe, you also refuse to pay the dividends.

0.11 BTC a share is more than reasonable for a buyback with no trade history.
A new BFL Single SC (or BFL Single with Upgrade) will cost you 1300$, with a bitcoin price of 13.3$ you would have the right to get almost 0.1 btc a share.

I paid 0.11 btc a share this includes the outstanding dividends.

Yet as you may or apparently may not notice these were shares bought in BTC, not USD. We gave you BITCOINS, not $.
And even when you count like that, the numbers don't add up.

Each share was bought at 0.25BTC, which was about 2.75USD

What exactly you don't understand? You stole more than half (counting dividiends) of what was given to you!

EDIT: actually not given, as you were supposed to be only the operator, as these were, and I quote "PGM SHARES! NO BOND!"

And when you are there, also make a thread about other mining companies who bought shares back at much less value than I did, and sold for more than PGM did.

He's not actually scamming you on the closedown - you got screwed when you bought the shares in the first place.  Here's his post that explains how (and just how badly) you got screwed:


He sold 1000 shares at .25 BTC each (250 BTC total = over $2500) and in return shareholders got ONE BFL single.  That's where you lost your money - his closing down like this is just making your loss immediately obvious.

Mistake you made was assuming that some of the funds raised were going to buy new hardware - they weren't.  If he released a new BFL single to the company that would have been accompanied by raising more funds by sellling new shares.  The funds raised were just going into his pocket and in return you got a portion of a BFL single worth about 1/3 of what you invested.  Obviously that was never going to make you any profit even if he paid for running costs.

If someone sells a "share" then make damn sure they spell out exactly how funds raised will be used and how (and when) they take their own cut.  Otherwise you'll end up (as was the case here) paying a grossly inflated price for something then being surprised when you make a loss.

Alll was transparent, you knew what would happen if PGM got closed:  Shares do represent an ownership share in the mining hardware in the event of liquidation. In case of liquidation the mining hardware will be sold and minus expences be paid to the shareholders.

You were the one that wanted to close down PGM so badly, let me quote:

Today something tragic happend, the PSU for the BFL Single DIED.
We ordered a new 12v 10A AC adapter on eBay for 29€, this will be paid out of our own pocket.
Also the missing dividend will be paid out of our own pocket, We still have some FPGA's and GPU's running as back-up.

Hopefully the BFL Single is up and running again end of this week, but this will not have any influence, dividend will be paid as usual.
