Title: Raspberry Pi
Post by: Mushroomized on April 30, 2012, 07:45:37 PM
Anyone have any cool ideas of what do do with my raspi? I have it running debian right now.. But It's kind of just sitting there. It would be cool to build some kind of ultra wallet-bitcoin magic thing? Anyway, post ideas and if you have one post some cool stuff you did with it! I'm pretty sure this belongs in this forum section..

How well does it actually play video? Can it play a high quality MKV?

Has anyone ever done a solar mining setup?

I know some people have theorized it, but I've yet to see a working product.

If I had a couple thousand to blow, that would be a decent way of doing it :P

You could talk to somebody42 and do a Raspberry Pi port of the bitcoin hardware wallet:

I think you could get a Rapberry Pi, x6500, and a solar setup capable of running it for not much over a grand, maybe less.  Of course that would be spending around 200 BTC to generate probably 0.25 BTC per day, but it would still be cool.
