Title: Possible Domain Sale - onket.co.uk Post by: Scott J on May 01, 2012, 04:02:04 PM I own the domain onket.co.uk
I'm not currently using it for anything. I was wondering if it has any resale value? Opinions welcomed :) Title: Re: Possible Domain Sale Post by: Blazr on May 01, 2012, 04:08:56 PM I don't think its worth any more than reg fee at the moment.
I know what the domain means, but there isn't enough search volume for the keyword to suggest the domain is worth anything. Title: Re: Possible Domain Sale Post by: Scott J on May 01, 2012, 04:17:54 PM Ah, okay.
I thought because it was quite a short domain it may be worth something. Title: Re: Possible Domain Sale Post by: Blazr on May 01, 2012, 04:32:53 PM Ah, okay. I thought because it was quite a short domain it may be worth something. I don't personally think its short enough. Generally only 3 letter domains are worth above reg fee for non .com domains, for .com domain 4 letters are worth a bit more. Don't forget that domain prices are all relative, if you found a buyer who needs/really wants that domain for a particular reason, then you could sell it for £x,xxx or maybe even more. That applies to pretty much any domain though. This is a handy site for finding out what short domains are worth: http://www.3character.com/priceguide.html Title: Re: Possible Domain Sale Post by: mc_lovin on May 01, 2012, 05:22:11 PM 5-letter dot-com's are worth more than .co.uk's, but it could theoretically be worth buying to the right person..
