A tattoo is something that people can do to themselves to make a statement TO themselves that they are important, because now they don't have any choice but to stand out in public. Tattooing has been around a long time. It started in the thing that I said above. I think the thread about HOT Asian girls is worse than this one. ;) I have asked the question about tats on dark skin myself. But, I am not really a fan of tattoos. As a woman I imagine myself at age 80 and how tattoos would look on me then and think perhaps it is better to just say no.
