Take a look at other social networks and work on the feel of it. It wouldn't be hard to use Bootstrap to build something that can compete with Facebook or Twitter's looks. The hardest part will be marketing it. Try to find your niche that the big guys aren't a part of and don't want to be a part of. If you aren't trying to compete with them, but you're providing something similar, you could easily work other social sites to your advantage. Right now all I see is a log in page saying Wereks.
