Hi Crypto X Change,

Can you tell me how often does your staff... well do something?

I created an account a few days ago, uploaded some documents, my profile all the time just stays "Your account profile is on verification process... Please wait upto your profile is verified by admin".

That's since three days.

Also two days ago I've send you some E-mails to support address, but no reply.

I haven't deposited anything yet, just checking out, but I'm a but wary of using exchanges that leave stuff without action for more then 24 hours, as usually if stuff is not done in 24 hours, then it extends to taking forever...

So? Or is there still "weekend" in Australia?

I have been waiting few weeks.... Uploaded docs... Waited few days and sent a request of information.  No reply.....

However the exchange works fine.... 

Update: I just got two strange messages from the Crypto X change system:

"Your  Passport  was found to be invalid after verification"
and
"Your  Other  was found to be invalid after verification".
And then "Please update your Passport by clicking on the link below."

That's not a very helpful error message. Well, just uploaded the exact same file again, and we'll see.

FIY: the passport (expires in 2017) was a huge 3456 x 4624 pixels JPEG scan, and bank statement was straight from the bank.

So I leave it to the reader to form an opinion about this exchange and with how much money you can trust them.

P.S. I have not even deposited any money or Bitcoin to them yet at all, all my balances are 0.

My message to Crypto X change staff: You are welcome to come to the EU to meet me and cross the Schengen Zone border with me.
