Yes. Robocoin ATMs do that.

Yes. Robocoin ATMs do that.
Not all of them do, only the ones in which the operator decides to turn on this feature. I saw a thread that talks about one in Chicago that allows this. I know for sure that there is also one in Vancouver, BC (in Canada) that will buy your bitcoin from you. I am not sure on the rates of either machine

BitAccess do as well. If you're in amsterdam try the machine @ Warie's Thai Restaurant.

Yes the machine's rate is around 7% above/below bitcoin average.

The max is around 5K EUR per day.
