I can set you up with a host gator account if you pay one year in advance.  My account is a reseller account (paid 2 years in advance) and you would be a sub account under that.  That would give you cpanel, storage, bandwidth.  You'd have to do all your own management/programming.

I found their web site (Bitinstant), but am not sure what to make of it.  Can I use my Chase Bank account to buy bitcoins through them?

If you want to try buying something cheap and that you can get fast, check out https://www.coindl.com/page/category/wallpapers or https://www.coindl.com/page/category/music

Purchases take literally seconds if you have your blockchain synced or if you're using a mobile or online wallet.

Women, men, drugs, weapons. Or any combination of those, but in no particular order.

It's also very useful for shifting money away from the taxman.

Still waiting for the day where I can get my coffee fix in BTC. Simple pleasures..

BitVPS is a good choice when it comes to hosting. Ping rapeghost here or rg in #bitvps on freenode.

The only thing I've actually purchased is advertising for my website.
But I've burned a few coins trying to be a trader on MTGOX.

So far, just Amazon GC's.

Interested in the VPN service listed at the bottom of blockexplorer, but need to read up more on it (reviews, etc).

I use bitcoins to buy things online.  Recent legislation (Dodd-Frank act and the Durbin Amendment) has been screwing up credit card processing for people in the USA, especially if you buy from sellers in other countries.  Although international transactions are theoretically exempt from the regulations, changes to payment processing networks meant to avoid the fee limits have resulted in international transactions not getting processed.  Over the past few months, I've seen several cases where my card gets declined for no particular reason.  Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.  So now I'm paying with bitcoin.

This, I asked my cc company if I could sort of unlock it for international commerce and the answer was no.

Yes. set up an account account at Mt. Gox or one of the other "send to" options. (unless you already have).

Follow the instructions on bitinstant. select major bank and print the slip your are given.
You then have 3 days to go into your bank and transfer the money. Once you have it should take only mins. to go through.

I think that for now the best option is to just save them. With the 100%+ value increase that will take place during the months following the drop from 50 BTC to 25 BTC mining generation which will take place somewhere in December. I also use them as an easy way to avoid inflation.
