Title: new law on per orders Post by: toptek on September 23, 2014, 09:00:12 AM I saw in the news to day I don't how long its been in the works but if you buy some thing in the US there may be a new law being sighed in soon that says any per orders after some many days that are not filled the money has to be refunded . wondering if that will stick to any no refund policy as well. I'm not asking about this not because of bitcoins in Gen some company in the US do steal form there customers.
wonder how that will affect per orders for mining hard ware . I did see this on the news about the time the BFL started up + some other company's off hand i can't remember who they were that have nothing to do with Bitcoins that are taking per orders with no return i saw in the news i guess it starting to be come a big issue here in states . but as i said I don't know for sure can't fine much more on it just saw it was being looked at . I hope so to if it is passed it will set how over sea company's sell in the US . |
