Within the mid-term - before the end date of SOLEMN POW - 1) implementation of SOLEMN--SOF--BTC triple-currency wallet 2) ASM client beta in testnet 3) enabling mobile staking for SOLEMN and SOF by forking the client from the LXC source.

Seems cool conceptually, but not easy to understand at a glance and thus very difficult to market. Plus aside from attempting to be value-preservative by design, I don't see the allure.

Escrow is not used because in this case listing on exchange would be attached to mid-term milestone for implementation of selective staking client (most likely at the end of Solemn Shares POW period) – to meet IPO conditions. Complexity in the direction of good design for experimental project - and this is experimental project, basically game of a few players, where a reciprocation-based economy of two assets refers to the speculative aspect encompassing decrease in the quantity and corresponding raise in value either or both of assets, would cause holding the escrow in around 10 weeks till accelerative staking mode implementation. Solemn doesn’t claim that IPO is targeted to strengthen infrastructure fund, it is created to incentivize fair distribution before gambling age. Price for IPO is chosen from considerations of equality: if I made it 0.00000003 or 0.00000005, one person would acquire all coins for oneself and cause occurrence of one huge self-distributed nonplayable market at early POW stage. Initially I was intending to fictitiously distribute 50% of SOLEMN via giveaways. But eventually I did come around because decided to add to IPO a seed of speculative intent: the bigger the fund gets the bigger a refundable share becomes.

Amount of SOF is determined by a deliberate demand for SOLEMN and by the conduct of people intent upon acquiring it for holding the SOF. SOF is not a long-long-term holding or hoarding money, but it can be saved, retrieved and exchanged at a later time, and be predictably useful when retrieved due to an inherent stable demand for the SOLEMN.
To say, if SOF and SOLEMN were too cheap, some could wish to destroy 80% of money supply and thus create a pressing demand for SOLEMN, then if additional money flows into his hands, he can use it for dump and an increase of his cash balance. Happens with every cryptocurrency.

How much SOF is it cost to get one address?

3 hours of mining would be enough to secure SOLEMN price at the beginning of POW. 0.05X60=3 SOF per one address or 8 addresses per day.

This depends on buying power and bid capacity - how much of SOLEMN investors are willing and able to purchase at that given price. That would be cheaper for strong bids placed tight each other. It is needed only 18 btc to destroy half of money supply at IPO price.
