Short term rise of $45 cant compete with the downward pressure of the actuality of what the event means. Great for bitcoin, don't get me wrong, not great for the price though. Just yesterday the price pumped about $25 dollar ;D But, i don't recommended to keep / use bitcoin in paypal Becuase i THINK they will track you & give your personal information to NSA :( The best would be that we can get paypal balance to btc now :D Some rich people will but BTC ;D I've been wondering how would such news impact on the price for years.
