It is a legit question.

You can buy money orders and send them to CampBX and they will fund your account fast.  That is probably the quickest way to get BTC with cash.

I have used Al's Pawnshop many times without any issues.  I just send him an envelope of cash and he sends me BTC.

Yes, I am serious.

Western Union and MoneyGram [money orders]  (from most grocery stores and check cashing places) and USPS money orders from the post office.

Don't those cost a lot compared to the amount of BTC he's looking to buy?

A money order costs somewhere in the range of about a dollar.  Add a stamp and envelope and mail it out.    That's pretty inexpensive.  The problem is the delay before you have your bitcoins.

Oh, for some reason I thought they were $25.  Maybe I'm thinking of wire transfers or something...

Al's pawnshop is just cash + stamp = BTC at spot.  But there is still the snail mail delay.

I sent cash to a bitcoiner on Thursday and got the coins this afternoon at BTC spot.  The only fees are the cost of a postage stamp and the delay of USPS.
