Not seeing it.   The link in the PDF goes to the audio story on This American Life which is about 70 minutes and doesn't contain much of the "leaked" audio.  :'(

tl;dr?
Regulators have no teeth in the banking industry because they'll get fired for actually doing their jobs correctly. The banks have all the power in the relationship.

The system is broken, we knew that, but this recording will be to banking what the NYPD Tapes (http://www.villagevoice.com/specialReports/the-nypd-tapes-the-village-voices-series-on-adrian-schoolcraft-by-graham-rayman-4393217/) were to policing.

If so, they will just run to the politicians and ask them to "do something", naively assuming that a broken political system will somehow be able to fix a broken financial system.

Cliffs on who is behind this? who recorded it and how did he infiltrate it? inside job? how do we know this is legit? too many hours for anyone that isn't unemployed to check out unfortunately.
Pretty sure if Alex Jones released this everyone would say he is crazy again.

Growing up under the bush era, i fucking hated neo-cons, and was super happy when O was elected. After about a month i realised I had been totally duped. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. None of this shit is going to change at the ballet box.

The perfect disguise is to make the people believe they are voting for the person who will ultimately impact their situation, takes an educated and objective person to see that the president is a figure head caught in a deep deep web of lies. When they try to fight and change the system they are mysteriously killed - JFK anyone?

Banks have paid hundreds of billions of dollars in fines/penalties under the Obama administration for bogus charges related to the financial crisis that was caused by democrats in the first place.

The CSFB has been creating a lot of regulations that is increasing the regulatory burden on banks.

I would hardly say that regulators have no teeth.

Did you see the terms of the settlement reached between Holder's Justice Department and Bank of America? Because Countrywide and Merrill Lynch were supposedly naughty in '08, Bank of America gets to pay their bill as punishment for buying them and a few billion of it is being funneled to Democrat groups like La Raza and all the various ACORN spinoff groups, just in time for the fall Congressional elections.

If you have Goldman alumni in important posts across the system, do you expect them to take action against banks?

But the question is, does american people will care enough?

This story is *NOT* new or "breaking." This story is old, she lost her case to a judge who is the wife of a Goldman Sachs lawyer.

So no, the American people wont care, because they already let it pass. Her case was a year ago.

And we think it's just the fed who is rolling over.
