The escrow has to be mutual approved! You could just "chose" a scammer shill account as escrow, since you have reserved the right to do so. At least have list of the escrows you trust, then can the buyer suggest an escrow from that list. I suspect that you are a scammer! Potential buyers, processed with extreme caution.
