Google's search engine crawler avoids sites with automated content as it's normally pretty easy to flag. So unless you rely solely on direct traffic. Which I do not.. I have to play by Google's rules.

"Autoblogs" are a waste of time and money, not only do search engines filter out auto blogs, most people with common sense do as well.
