Title: how to update block date? Post by: chenka563 on September 28, 2014, 08:53:18 AM After download bitcoin wallets, must update all blocks of data? My system is WIN7 , have updated the blocks for 4 days.There are 6 months of data dont download.Too trouble. There are other ways to do it.

Nope, bitcoin-core is only syncing with a single node, no matter how many connections you have. But since you mentioned the torrent: This torrent [1] can dramatically speed up the syncing and for the rest you can use a fast node from the fallback list [2] or mine [3]. If you just download the blockchain from somewhere you trust that the files are correct.
