These systems are still pretty damn good for gaming and encoding rigs. Good luck selling! Yes it is slightly older, but still runs really nice! When I upgraded to this i7 4770K I did not really notice any speed gains...only synthetic benchmarks showed it was faster. FYI I have that same cooler in this rig also!
