Title: [WTB] $3,450USD worth of Bitcoin WELLSFARGO ACCTS ONLY. I can go first
Post by: moreia on September 29, 2014, 11:47:51 AM
Title says all.
Wells Fargo accounts only! (Instant transfer)
Please post your rates, I need this urgently so I'll do a decent rate.
First ONLY for green members
ESCROW for anyone who has red or is not green
I prefer green trusted members, I have over $9k I can deal with but prefer that I only use ~$3k

Please contact ASAP! Thanks!

Ok so I'm stuck with wellsfargo accounts only, I'll be willing to have an escrow hold coins for 72 hours to make sure nothing is reversed. If anyone can do this let me know.

We can do one of the following:
Option A: DOES NOT require WellsFargo account but requires Escrow to have one
1. I send $3.4k to escrow
2. You send agreed BTC to escrow
3. Escrow waits 72 hours, if no reversal releases coins and wires/transfers to seller

Option B: Requires wellsfargo account, escrow only holds coins
1. You send agreed BTC to escrow
2. I send $3.4k to you
3. You wait 72 hours and once this time has passed, escrow releases BTC.

Warning to Seller: WellsFargo's "SurePay" is easily reversible. And even wire transfers can be reversed up to 72hrs after they're made.

How do you suggest I send so that it is irreversible?
Also (if green trust) I'm willing to wait until the money is cleared before coins are sent. That's perfectly fine!

Cash deposit is fine, or wire transfer with BTC in escrow for a few days should do the trick if you want to be absolutely sure.

No need for that now that Circle.com is open. Just link your bank account and have BTC in your wallet immediately.

You know, it's a red flag when you keep on insisting to pay with online transfer when you can achieve the same thing by withdrawing the cash and making a deposit in any bank. WF surepay can be easily reversed well after 72 hours.

Why is it so hard to withdraw those funds to pay in cash?

The whole reason I'm insisting to transfer to another account is so it can't be reversed
I'm not using sure pay.

Besides, connected to circle.com and verified all my details, waiting on the confirmation deposits

@Tomatocage I'm looking at their terms, is there a max/min deposit or BTC buy limit per day anywhere on their site?

What makes you think it's not reversible just because you send the funds to escrow? If escrow receives the transfer from you, then uses his own money to pay out to the seller, then the escrow takes all the risk. If you reverse the money, then escrow loses the money and most likely his bank account as well. I'm not saying you're a scammer, but there's still a possibility of this happening. I'm speaking from experience; last year I had a very large online transaction from Chase reversed. I lost the money, bitcoin, and got account closed. At the time, no one knew these types of transfers were reversible yet.

I'm not Mr tomato, but here is the weekely limit to purchase from Circle:

Bank Accounts
Deposit Limit: $2,500
Withdraw Limit: $5,000

Credit/Debit Cards
Deposit Limit: $500
Withdraw Limit: $1,000

Credit cards are instant (but there is a 2.9% fee), regular bank deposit is free but it's an ACH process, so the standard delay of ~4 business days apply.

I'm selling .81 BTC if you're interested. I don't have WF, but I accept Walmart2Walmart transfer. Bitstamp+10% and you can have it in your wallet tomorrow.

Thanks for that, I'll keep this open as there's still $1.1k to be filled, not worried about it though if all goes well with circle.

What prices is circle.com using? Fees? If you can get coinbase price +3% using CC on there, I'll be interested haha. Save a lot of hassle n time.

From what I've read around the forum it's only 2.7% for CC's :)

Have you tried localbitcoins?

Circle.com saved the day, $500/$3450 done so far and another $2000 on the way. Looking into making two accounts to get another $2.5k done unless it's done here on bitcointalk.

Thanks to @haploid and @tomatocage for the assistance!
