What makes you think it's not reversible just because you send the funds to escrow? If escrow receives the transfer from you, then uses his own money to pay out to the seller, then the escrow takes all the risk. If you reverse the money, then escrow loses the money and most likely his bank account as well. I'm not saying you're a scammer, but there's still a possibility of this happening. I'm speaking from experience; last year I had a very large online transaction from Chase reversed. I lost the money, bitcoin, and got account closed.
