it's that  faggot Josh's deposition and internal chats that BFL had about lying to customers and fraud.

I've met him in person multiple times and called him out on his actions, alongside doing the same on the forums here. In person he always dismissed it, and on the forums he replied with blackmail and slander.

i read a few of inaba's/josh posts, he was very pompous and rude.  the balls that dude had to knowingly commit fraud, then blast the very customers that complain about being mistreated.  i really wish the BFL staff could be sent to jail at Rikers or L.A. County Jail so they can experience what mistreatment feels like.  however with the justice system being what it is, and since these bastards are stacked up, the most that will happen will be some fines and probation and the company closing it's doors.  meanwhile these pricks have various wallets floating out there waiting for them with stacks of BTC.

I agree, the sentence could have been worded better, but the object being described by the following sentence was mental acuity, which would typically be genetic.  I suppose you could make an argument for it being a part of education and that you could sharpen your mental acuity through various methods, but only within a limited range.  You're either born with acuity or you aren't, and it's pretty clear our friend eoakland has little acuity to spare, since he isn't able to comprehend or synthesize what he's read.  To think, people like him are allowed to vote and drive cars, eww.  This is why we can't have nice things in this country. :(

Well, if you can increase your mental acuity through practice, that's excellent news. Perhaps there is hope for eokland, but the fact that he's not avilaled himself to these newfound techniques seems to speak volumes for his ability. 

As for democracy, I'm not sure how you got from "People like eokland are allowed to vote" to "I hate democracy."  You might want to sit down and think about your deductive reasoning abilities for awhile, they seem to be on the fritz.  Many people in this country who vote are not qualified to do so, yet they do.  Eoakland is just one example of many.

If you're asking about mine, I have decided to do something else with it. I just found his response off-putting. Anyone who is sane and has done business in the crypto world before knows that you take the rate on the day which the deal is agreed upon, not something 2 weeks earlier. With the effort required on my part, how little there was to be made on the deal, and his insistence on using a legacy price, I withdrew my interest in the deal.

I get you found my response off putting, and I'm sorry about that. I don't like starting shit--I just wasn't comfortable paying the price you wanted. A bitcent is a bitcent, and I'm a broke college student.
