Got a job for you guys! This work is not for me, I'm only posting on behalf of another. In the unlikely event that he doesn't pay for your work, I will pay out of my own pocket.

Job: Recreate an economy hotel room with twin beds (two seperate single beds) with other furniture.
     Specifications:
          - 1 Window
          - Door to hotel room, door to bathroom
          - 2 Single Beds
          - 2 Bedside Lamps with bedside tables
          - 1 Armchair
          - 1 Table
          - 1 TV on Table (15"~)
          - Warddrobe
          - Bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 sink with mirror (no bathtub)

Quality: High school standard will be fine, nothing better. Professional work will be turned down.
Budget: 0.25 BTC (Min: 0.15 BTC Max: 0.25 BTC) (Payment will depend on the work)

Escrow can be used if needed.

I was about to rip you to pieces for expecting people to do that much work for such a low amount but when I saw you specifically say you'd turn down professionals I stopped, at least you're being honest, I've been fed up lately with these people coming on the internet thinking they can rip people off for their hard work by taking advantage of how difficult it is to get work these days.

Even if you're not expecting anything fantastic, I'd offer them a bonus if they do a particularly good job.

I have yet to improve tremendously on my ability to use 3ds max.

I've been working on the requested changes and eagerly wanted to complete them at least a day or so before his deadline to be safe so I've been moving objects of the drawing from place to place for a good 2 and a half hours now.

Finally, got the different parts of the hotel room to look realistic yet making sure different parts of the room were placed where he wanted them to be.

You're doing quite well so far, I've left a PM with feedback, just a few more changes (shouldn't take longer than an hour I think) and we're done.
