Looks like they've since taken it down: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paymentshub It went live earlier today. It looks like you'll be able to use Bitcoin as a funding source when buying things on PayPal, in the same way you can fund your purchases on PayPal using your credit card. I think they will eventually what do you see on the screen shot that makes you think that bitcoin is going into customer wallets soon, to me it still looks like the page that links to the gocoin, bitpay and coinbase news no?
