I am a user of poloniex.com , I use trade api of poloniex.com ,My progrom buy and sell many coins on poloniex.com.
about 15 days ago , I check my withdrawal history. hey ,the site had many error . many withdrawal status is proccessing ,or pending ,or complete error.
 I think ,maybe is system error . so ,I sumbmit ticket to administrator of poloniex.com .
I will liste my ticket at here. after several days, the administrator have no answer to me . I submit other ticket again. But no answer again .
So I am so angry .I wrote the bad story here.

Hi, I did withdraw many coin ,but your system error ,and status is PROCESSING ......

I wait for over 15 days . please correct it ,or cancel the withdraw return to my account .  thanks .I did submit many ticket for many times . if you do not correct it soon .i will  wrote your bad story on bbs  like bitcointalk.org or others .

i'm a user of polo too. i've never use api to trade, only internal trade through website never experience and issue. as for support twice they helped me sooner then 3 hours. Try to create a ticket again!

This appears to be the same user who was in the troll box bashing the Moderators using the name "Louris" since he posted this link stating he wrote it. I was in the trollbox at the time and the Mod was trying to be helpful, asked him to go through the proper process and overall was extremely gracious to him. Explained to him that he didn't have access to tickets but would try to expedite it.

Sometimes stuff happens,  that's what support can help with but starting a new thread to bash them for an incident where Polo was trying to accommodate his requests is just rude, spiteful and uncalled for.

I've done a lot of trading on Polo in the last few months and have always found the staff to be helpful and responsive. 

PS. The reason this shows as my first post with this account is that I wanted to have an account name without my actual name in it and wanted it to match across Polo and the Bitcoin forum.

This individual was not very nice to the staff at polo chat box. They did everything they could to help. A different attitude goes a long way.

You need to explain things a little better if you want a lot of sympathy.

It looks like you made withdrawals that didn't finish processing and then lost your computer and then wanted to cancel the withdrawals.  Is that essentially correct?

I can see how that might be tough for them to pull off.

I use and like Poloniex.  When I had an issue (a straightforward deposit not crediting) it took about a day for them to fix it.  I imagine for something like this their normal support system wouldn't move fast enough.  I think "Poloniex support takes a day, be careful if you have a time sensitive issue" might be a more fair criticism.

You should always be as nice and polite as possible, after all, Poloniex didn't lose your computer.

So all those who dug up and sold clams can't get their btc out?  :D

I withdrew some coins yesterday and had no problems, there was a notification on the site that withdrawals will be stopped from 7am utc to 10 am utc I think, or something along those lines and it might be because of that. Or may be a lot of people are trading clams and it's overloading their site.

all exchange are not fit for everyone. just choose your most like exchange

I als have problem, my  qora requested   to withdraw  in status processing about 10 day, I submit ticket , after two receive answer that they have problem with wallet, and it continues to this day.

anybody else is having problems in withdrawal?

I hope poloniex is not a scam I have not tried to withdraw anything yet and just recently started using it. They are the only site that have altcoins like clams at the moment.

all BTC will i get store in poloniex and i hope this not will be a scam site

scam or not  I do know, but very problematic - today pass 2 week , but I still without my coins

5 min after write last post(hier spy :) ) , I receive message that my ticket resolved and closed - my amount returned to balance :( , in last week I can easy sell for price 21-22 now price 14-15. I loss 30%

withdraw is still working and i just withdraw all of my coin in poloniex
