It is the only miner on the market that utilises just one internal ASIC, and also the only miner to have so many ancillary features on a smaller miner.

Its an unusual formfactor which also uses a 20 pin output to power the miner. This means you can NOT replace it with a conventional PSU. Please note that it requires a "Mickey Mouse" / Cloverleaf cable rather than the usual C13 - see section 0b (#post_section0b) for links. https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2928/14673645732_ee80b1f4a8.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2928/14673645732_6c016bb86f_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3893/14673956405_61576e520b.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3893/14673956405_80cd7292ea_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2899/14487495397_e6ff7ab4e7.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2899/14487495397_551f5aa89d_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2938/14487270410_14bf02b8ff.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2938/14487270410_2e45b9f82b_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 2) Cooling (top) (#post_contents) The X1 utilises a 200mm CoolerMaster MegaFlow 200 which is near silent during operation. Air is pulled in through the bottom of the case, drawn through the heatsink and PSU before being exhausted out the top of the case in a negative pressure tunnel arrangement. The Minion ASIC itself features an aluminium finned heatsink with four copper heatpipes distributing heat. https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3856/14670785231_6e28603c3c.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3856/14670785231_f28c850462_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2912/14670779341_2ce8816fd5.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2912/14670779341_5c28dd87c3_o.jpg) https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5585/14487267229_b3fd0f2332.jpg (https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5585/14487267229_7a1c22cbfd_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3885/14673563172_2763cf893e.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3885/14673563172_a1b3198c30_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2939/14673589912_6c79035cc6.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2939/14673589912_b298f98f29_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3926/14693786963_308f468f8c.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3926/14693786963_9d8a2e6d26_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 3) Case (top) (#post_contents) Each unit is full enclosed in a The S3 is entirely enclosed in an extremely strong aluminium case. I personally had problems with the screws holding my unit closed, such that many had to be drilled out. This is not likely to be a common problem. Later revisions come with a touchscreen LCD display and full Android device. A keyboard can be plugged into the miner via USB to help type so the miner can be standalone. Later revisions may also come with an external Wifi antennae. An X1 measures 222 x 205 x 80mm and weighs 2.1kg. https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2923/14671672964_2ee07c804d.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2923/14671672964_8d2d8a717d_o.jpg) https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5568/14487361278_4835a76f8b.jpg (https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5568/14487361278_ef39e36359_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2920/14487357868_807129c0a4.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2920/14487357868_39b9c32859_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3863/14487541377_d6f22bcb04.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3863/14487541377_9f4c18f9f3_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 4) Configuration (top) (#post_contents) The X1 is standalone and does not require an external controller. Title: Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Black Arrow Prospero X1 Setup [HD] Post by: darcimer on November 20, 2015, 07:51:35 PM Maybe you can help me. I turned the X3 off for a couple weeks. When I turned it back on, it's hashing just fine, I can see my stats on the pool site. However, I can't access the login. It used to be 192.168.1.60, but now it just hangs saying there is nothing there. I just want to change the pool settings.
Any advice would be appreciated! Darcie~! Title: Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Black Arrow Prospero X1 Setup [HD] Post by: dogie on November 21, 2015, 08:16:09 AM Maybe you can help me. I am unsure what recovery options you have on an X3, but this is a common problem with the controller. Is there an SD card? In the meantime, I found a miner manager from blackarrow called Miner operator
http://ecointalk.net/topic/1761-miner-operator/ I'm thinking the software version is out of date. I'll post here if I have luck with it. Regardless, it's a nice little program.
